A2C consulting is led by Brendan Welsh supported by a network of associates whose practical, real world experience is tailored to the needs of the client.
Brendan has held senior finance roles as an FD and CFO for 15 years in several international blue-chip corporates (Public and Private Equity).
His focus is developing diverse, high performing teams to deliver extraordinary performance.
Brendan’s experience covers manufacturing and assembly, major projects, asset management, logistics and distribution, support services and professional consulting services across multiple end markets.
These include Pharmaceutical, Aerospace and Defence, Construction and Infrastructure, Engineering and Technology on a global basis.
